How to Order

Ordering from Music world online couldn’t be easier although if you do encounter any problems then give us a call on 01473 253666 or drop us an e-mail (info@music-world-ipswich.co.uk) and we will be happy to help! We are a genuine bricks and mortar family run music shop based in Ipswich town centre that has been selling instruments for over 30 years!

  • Search for products you wish to purchase.
  • Click "Add to basket" tab.
  • When prompted, You can set up an account with us by filling in your delivery details etc.
  • Go to check out and pay for the items in your basket.
  • As soon as you order we will be notified and we will start the process of packing it up.
  • You will receive an E-mail notifying you on when your items will be dispatched.
  • We will keep in touch with you every step of the way and if you ever need any questions answered then please get in touch!
  • When you get your items, our service doesn't stop there, your products are guaranteed against any faults for one year and in some cases up to five years (depending on product).
  • We pride ourselves on our excellent after sales service.
