Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item provided that the item is returned undamaged.
Items should be returned as they were originally packaged as far as is possible.
You can cancel your order for any reason for up to 14 working days after your item arrives with you. To do this, please send us an email or phone us stating that you wish to cancel and why, and we will advise you on how to proceed.
Items where there may be a hygiene concern if the product is used (e.g. microphones, harmonicas and headphones) may only be returned/exchanged if the packaging is factory sealed and unopened.
We will not accept returns of this nature (where the item is not faulty but you wish to cancel your order) if;
(i) The item is not in its original unopened and saleable condition;
(ii) The item is not returned in its original packaging and any additional protective packaging which we have supplied;
(iii) The item is not resalable after use.
If you are returning a non-faulty item, we will give you a full refund for the item however you will be responsible for paying any return delivery costs.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14 day returns policy for online purchases to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise)
any product made to your specification;
any product made to order;
any product personalised or adapted for you;
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product bought from our website if it has been properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as we receive your return.
(6) Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the product.
